Bianca started her own business almost 12 years ago, setting up a salon in her spare bedroom in Happy Valley. When her second child arrived, she needed the bedroom back, so she convinced her husband to turn his shed into a hair and beauty salon. But that space quickly became too small, leading to the next step: opening a salon shop front called B styled Hair.
Hairdressing is Bianca’s ultimate passion, with over 20 years of experience. She cherishes every client, some of whom she’s been styling since her apprentice days. It means a lot to her that her clients have supported her throughout her career and seen her grow. After working alone for years, she feels fortunate to have a talented team who share her love for the industry and create a fun salon culture. It’s a joy for her to see her B styled team grow, learn, and build their own client base.
Outside the salon, Bianca is a mum to two young children, Tristan (7) and Angelina (4). Her husband, Daniel, is the handyman who’s always on call for the salon. In her free time, she enjoys family adventures in their caravan, tending to her plants and garden at home, and having coffee and chats with her feathered friends (11 backyard chickens and 1 rooster). During the winter months, you’ll find Bianca engaging in lively footy banter with her clients. As a die-hard Crows supporter, she never misses a home game at Adelaide Oval!
Melissa
Master stylist
Mel, the mum of the salon, ensures everyone’s happy and well. With 18 years of experience, she’s a pro at cutting and barbering for 11 years. She’s passionate about cutting, but also loves colors and weft extensions. When she’s not at the salon, Mel is busy with her 5-year-old daughter Madi, her adorable sidekick.
Despite Bianca’s disapproval, Mel proudly supports Port Adelaide, making them spirited rivals during footy season. Go Port!
Kasey
Senior Stylist
Kasey’s passionate about all things long hair, blowouts, blondes & snapping hair pics and perfecting our social media game. You can thank her for our TikToks and Instagram reels.
Beyond the salon, she loves beach days, travelling, obsessing over her adorable cats, and hanging out with family.
Dani
Master stylist
Dani is the comedian of the salon. She’s been hairdressing 20+ years and has a passion for cutting. She also loves a good blonde transformation and all hairstyles funky and trendy.
When Dani is out of the salon, she loves spending time with her 2 daughters and her frenchy Nippo! She loves to have a few drinks and relax on the weekends.
Char-lee
Emerging stylist
Charlee is a first year apprentice, you can find her in salon from Tuesday-Saturday. She is a third gen hairstylist (her mum & nan being hairdressers), meaning hairdressing is in her blood! She loves styling and cracking jokes in the salon.
Outside the salon, she loves a drink and dance with her girls. She makes beautiful homemade candles that can be found in the salon! Char-lee loves to spend time with her partner of 4 years too.
